Considering that most of us read a lot of text, the Google which sucks at battery life is where I’d go.

The Pixel was made for competition with the iPhone and let’s be honest the Android UI is not the same on phones other than the Pixel (if you’ve used one) c’mon guys knock it off 🤦🏽‍♂️

      November 8, 2019 at 6:57 am

Yes you know what other phone gets updates and cheap unlike pixel is the OnePlus if you are thinking about the camera yes it’s the pixel.

You wouldn’t pick or recommend the Pixel 4 if you’d watched jerryrigeverything’s Bend Test! Also, where’s the Pixel 4 and OnePlus 7T Drop Tests? As soon as the new iPhones came out CNET did Drop Tests and every other test possible on them, yet still nothing on these 2 phones! 🤦‍♂️💯

Just wanted to point out something… I have the 6T which they have the same screens and my phone is in my pocket all day where I have my keys and as a mechanic I’m always putting tools in my pocket as well. If had this phone for 11 months now and there’s only one very small scratch on the screen and you only see it with the screen off at a certain angle and I’ve never put a screen protector on it. My wive has the same phone as me and she always keeps it in her purse and she has no scratches. Just figured I would give you my first had experience.

OnePlus a few years ago: Good except for the camera, thank god it’s cheap

Google Pixel a few years ago: Best camera, period.

Today: OnePlus takes better photos than Pixel.

    November 8, 2019 at 6:20 am

It’s not a fingerprint magnet, your fingers are just dirty lmao
You can also put the phone on lockdown so you have to put the pin and disable face and fingerprint scanner. It’s an option in the settings. Also forgot about the Macro Mode that the OnePlus has

I have the 6T after eight years of strictly Samsung Galaxy phones I decided to give One Plus a try after a suggestion and then looking up the specs. I love One Plus and have no desire to ever go back to Samsung. What it does and at the price point is absolutely amazing. Not only that but unlike my Samsung phones that would slow down drastically after a months time in use my 6T is just as fast as the day I got it. I’m heavily considering an upgrade to the 7T for me and my wife as we both love what it’s offering. Only problem is our 6T’s are only 11 months old and have been flawless. It’s more a want for an upgrade than a need to be honest. Great review BTW.

If you looking to buy pixel 4 then probably best to wait till black friday or holiday season or 3 to 4 months.

Let’s see, things in their place. Pure Android in a Pixel is impressive, but in a OnePlus 7T, it’s also pure Android but taken to another level far beyond impressive. If U put me to choose between that Pixel 4 (XL) and a OnePlus 7T, logically I choose 7T, why? For the price, the battery is better optimized and the personalization layer it has is friendly with Android. The people of OnePlus know what the user wants and while Google is very lost in limbo. IMHO! 🤷🏻‍♂️

  49. Jacky Wu

    November 11, 2019 at 5:35 am

Switched from iPhone to OnePlus 7T, one of the best decisions I’ve made in terms of digital products in recent years. 90Hz display with a pretty pure android 10 system, smooth all the way around. And it’s really cheap with a slightly better CPU and more choices of the camera system (though no one could deny the computational ability that Google brings to the camera system on Pixel phones ), nothing to complain about. If I have to, the battery could’ve been better, 3800 for a large screen with 90 Hz… but the Wrap Charger is a good companion.
