    Not sure how that is going to happen, WB is $55 billion in the red. Paramount is $15 billion at least in the red. So how is this going to work out?

    It would be a disaster for both companies… it would be too much in one spot one of those companies would suffer and it would make the movie industry even smaller

    The reason WHY Paramount buys Warner Bros. Discovery…

    1. Charlotte’s Web was made by Hanna-Barbera (owned by Warner Bros.), and distributed by Paramount.

    2. Heidi’s Song was made by Hanna-Barbera (owned by Warner Bros.), and distributed by Paramount.

    3. The Fonz and the Happy Days Gang was made by Hanna-Barbera (owned by Warner Bros.), and distributed by Paramount Television.

    4. Laverne & Shirley was made by Hanna-Barbera (owned by Warner Bros.), and distributed by Paramount Television.

    5. Mork & Mindy/Laverne & Shirley/Fonz Hour was made by Hanna-Barbera (owned by Warner Bros.), and distributed by Paramount Television.

    6. Warner Bros. buys Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory film from Paramount.

    7. Warner Bros. buys Paramount’s Popeye cartoons.
