Starts video talking about how sharks are beautiful harmless creatures with a bad rep.

Ends video telling to avoid shark infested waters.

There’s no contradiction there, if that’s what you’re driving at. Sharks don’t want to eat human but are often confused because of how closely resemble we are to what they like: seals. So they are harmless to us. However, if you do get close around what they do like, then that mistaken identity can happen and you ended up harmed.

Breno Girafa harmless to us because they have no interest in humans unless they mistake us for something else so stay out of shark infested waters because it’s probably feeding time. What aren’t you getting?

We used to fish for cod of the Maine coast in the 70’s. We’d rent a charter and maybe catch 20-40 (that’s for 15 people.) At some point HUGE commercial frozen fish companies in Boston and other ports completely destroyed the cod population. In the end we never caught any cod and the charter companies went belly up. I never see deep sea charters up here on the coast of Maine so I assume the cod didn’t survive here.

I truly resent the movie industry for producing a shock-factor series like Jaws…They ruined the ocean for many people and have given sharks a horrible name to the general public.

The Great Barrier Reef myth is incorrect. Our government is threatening to dredge the reef to make space for more coal mines, which we don’t want, and they refuse to acknowledge global warming or intervene to protect it. It’s dying and the people trying to save it don’t have enough money, time, people or resources to make a significant impact. Very ill advised, Wired.

    “Let’s be responsible”.

Tell that to consumer society. Vanity and greed will destroy other animals and life besides us, and after that, we go too. It is mindboggingly stupid to ruin such a paradise as this earth, for pure greed and limitless population expansion.

    You humans deserve your future.

I’m quite disappointed in his answer about the Bermuda Triangle. There is nothing going on there really. It’s one of the heaviest trafficked areas of the Atlantic, and doesn’t really have a problem with planes and ships disappearing. It’s possible there are some anomalous magnetic field that could disrupt navigation equipment, but it’s certainly not anything as crazy going on as some people seem to believe.

I went to the great barrier Reef in 2006 when I was 10 and even back then the reef was very very bleached where we were. Then we went to the Yasawa islands in Fiji and I’ve never seen anything more beautiful. Those reefs were insane.

Firstworlders cannot even grasp the extend of this since it’s not even remotely possible in their worldview.

I thought I read somewhere that the Bermuda Triangle turned out to have methane vents that changed the water’s density and messed with planes’ instruments.

    • MonsieurDeVeteran

      September 20, 2020 at 9:51 pm

Same… methane vents when they erupt they unleash, obviously, methane, which in contact with water change the density of said water, which makes the ships that float on that water to… sink. And that methane when it leaves the water and enters the air, if the concentration is higher than usual, it can disrupt sometimes planes equipments or even ships too… so if a ship is heavier than usual and it goes over a patch of water that is under a methane vent… chances are that ship will sink.

Toothpaste contains a lot of micro plastic partials, it’s yours as an abrasive to clean you teeth, you can use activated charcoal which has no plastic. Also tooth paste contains foaming agents to fool people into thinking it’s doing a better job than its actually doing.

Well I know he’s wrong on two of those. We shouldn’t even make plastic but there’s a bacteria in the ocean that has evolved to eat plastic. They are actually working on mass producing these bacteria.
