@douglaskelley4486 The approximately 35 children who died in those attacks were a travesty, but IDF attacks have killed more 21,000 Palestinian children (and maimed more). We should mourn them all equally, as they all equally deserve our sympathy, but then under that standard the Palestinian children should get approximately 20,965 times more attention, as we only dedicate so much time in any day.
Plus, Israel is capable of acting morally, so using moral suasion to get them to curb their aggressive tactics and be more surgical is possible with them.

I think people would be so surprised to learn how many kids sit in the hospital completely alone for months at a time. I was a volunteer in the PICU and i mostly just played games with kids whos parents never visited.
