And btw bi-han wasn’t involved in death of scorpion family, lin kuei assassins did, not him in person since he was in the middle of recovering the map of elements

Tati is right about Dark Raiden, because of what happened in Deception, and the next sequel, Armageddon, we had Dark Raiden, until in the last moment, it was revealed it is the alternate timeline universe forseen by Raiden in modern MK, and that makes MK9, then MKX Dark Raiden were re-introduced.

MK Deception intro: Onaga the dragon king got resurrected and the Deadly Alliance(Shang Tsung and Quan Chi) tries to stop him and failed. Raiden joins the fight and to prevent Onaga’s reign Raiden sacrifices himself to destroy everyone on the temple but failed. Raiden got resurrected to Dark Raiden
Now in the new timeline in MKX: Shinnok corrupts the Jinsei. After the battle, Raiden heals himself in the corrupted Jinsei. Pretty much that is the one that starts his journey to Dark Raiden. Then MK11 kick him in the curb before even becoming Dark Raiden and had past Raiden replace him

Tati is technically right correct with the original Dark Raiden after the deception intro events he comes back dark Raiden because hia energies fused with Shang Tsungs evil energies. It’s confirmed in the later released MKA extended bios specifically Fujin’s. He comes back pissed off remembers everything but shows no mercy to enemies or those who threaten Earthrealm regardless of Good Guy or Bad Guy.
The answer they had applies to the second soft reboot MK9 timeline which happens during the end of MKX.
