    Maybe I’m just jaded from the automated tools that seem to instantly disqualify candidates, but at least the cover letter prompt would give applicants some of their time back. I’ve lost so much time writing cover letters that didn’t lead to anything

    No one asked for these changes, they are doing it for profit. Keep things simple like the fork and knife, no one eats with a swiss army tool.
