    That must be hard on the biker peddling while watching the monitor remotely. White exercises. 😂😂😂 can’t fix bad genetics with a logo.

    What’s the technology here? Is it just a video training program? Are there kettlebells integrated with proprietary motion sensing to give a better reading on how much force your generating and whether it’s in a good trajectory?
