“Billionaire Private Space race” more accurately, since both Jeff and Richard isn’t directly funded. Well maybe indirectly, but that’s another story.

According to the World Food Programme, more than 2.5 billion people did not have access to sufficiently nutritious food this last year, and one in five children now face stunted growth. And billionaires are playing in space as if everything is fine. I don’t mind you being rich and all, but splashing your wealth in other people’s faces during the most tragic event of our generation is just selfish and cruel.

This feels like a historic event that has already played out with tragic consequences;I hope I’m wrong. Richard Branson’s Spaceplane only has one working part,if you discount the launcher, whereas Blue Origin has so many stages that can go wrong. Add into the mix an 18 year old student, former Mercury trained astronaut Wally Funk and his own brother and it just sounds like the headlines have already been written. Whether Richard Branson reached the international definition of space is the least of his worries.

The expensive jet, joyride most likely end up as the Concorde jet did! To expensive to operate because no one will pay the ridiculous, ticket price once the hype is over. We have to see how blue origin demonstration goes, but the no pilot part is dangerous. 🇨🇦🙂

Mayhe if bezos, Branson and musk could be bothered to pay the taxes thatbi hsve to.. like 30%… then maybe they might have a valid point. Until tjen, thry are all a pointless waste of space.

This video showed the starship’s that crashed, but not SN15, they should’ve put that one in. Virgin, and Blue Origin have nothing on SpaceX. And soon the Inspiration flight will send space tourist into orbit via a SpaceX Falcon9 in a Dragon capsule. If I had the money, I would go the SpaceX route be they’re actually going to send Space tourist into orbit.
