It already got whooped by Samsung so we already know that it wasn’t going to win against Apple

It’s just sad that oneplus keeps increasing their price to compete with the latest top-of-the-line flagships but just CAN’T/DON’T deliver on good cameras. That’s that, it is what it is. No matter how clean your software is, no matter how fast your processor is or how high your RAM is. You just aren’t there yet in terms of camera quality! Oh and cut out the Hasselblad BS man c’mon.

Bro op9p has improved a lot in camera after the updates, and this review is clearly biased, i suggest watching reviews with latest software and even if op9 doesnt beat for now 12pm it comes really close and oneplus has probably the best ultrawide camera out there

In India Oneplus is half the price compared to 12 pro max.

      April 10, 2021 at 3:54 pm

Wow, then you know which one to buy, in this 1:1 comparison anyway. Plus, Gcam can be added to the OnePlus to improve detail and dynamic range.

Every comparison needs to state whether you applied the latest update to the OnePlus. It’s a newer device, and clearly OnePlus is pushing out updates, probably because they knew on announcement day that the cameras suck.

CrapPlus has never and will never beat Apple when it come to photography…what a joke…wait till the next iphone come out…when it comes to photography no one beats Apple….the whole phone is built around the camera and photography…no matter if Crapsung is teaming up with Olympus…what a gimmick!!!

Well matched up. That time has gone when iPhone cameras were significantly better than the rest. Overall, it really doesn’t matter which is better. They’re all super good no?

    • JJ Aye

      April 11, 2021 at 8:31 am

Exactly. They’ve clearly caught up in just about every way yet still managed to keep it a little cheaper than the two major flagships.
Ive had the OnePlus 8 Pro since it came out last year.

Decided against the 9 Pro. It’s an amazing smartphone but would rather wait til the next flagship before upgrading. 🤷‍♂️

Didn’t agree with hardly any of your choices, 95 % of the photos I chose were from the 1plus, and even the selfies looked much better on the 1 plus.

There are several questions about the software on the phones. The Phone 12 Pro Max is on iOS 14.4.2 and the OnePlus 9 Pro is on Oxygen OS 11.2.2.2.LE15AA which was released on Apr. 2, 2021.
