      Absolutely universal, and in far too many cases, we choose to ignore the knowledge and wisdom. When everything goes wrong, people are totally surprised and wonder how/why everything went wrong and if there’s any way that could have been prevented. Meanwhile, everyone involved in writing the instruction manual is screaming, beating their heads against walls and desks, stress eating, and Googling ‘how to quit the human race’.
