Great video. I coach tennis and played D1 for context. A tip for you since you were nice enough to make this video.
Your right leg on your serve needs to be tucked back further, it’s causing your right him to open up too early into your serve which is robbing you of power.

you can just use your phone camera and skip the radar gun. (60fps) measure the serve from contact to hitting the service box. Pretty accurate.
