The brain could live/function for about 150years, it’s the other parts of our body that can’t keep up.

I watched 3 minutes and I instantly realized how little time we actually have on this planet, life really is precious (depending on your point of view). 3 minutes of this video is making me feel like appreciating and enjoying life more and pursuing my dreams XD. Thx.

Some very important information here for younger people is that I used to be a 100-meter sprinter, probably about 12 seconds, but over time, I find it difficult to run, so I cycle and if I walk I get exercise, refined food has caused the health problems but like chicken it’s to blame as it tastes so good.

30 still a younger adult imo.

    20-39 is young adult
    40-59 is middle aged
    60+ is old

Based off the average lifespan (US) if you’ve only lived half your life at 40, 30 is young.

Excellent information. Humor educates. So, the good doctor sincerely believes these intricate and complex body systems developed by evolution, which he refers to over and over. Happy accidents that came together by chance? Hardly reasonable and untrue. To the contrary, they are the product of design by the grand Creator, Jehovah. It would be wise to investigate the evidence of that in the Bible, which explains his purpose and what he will do in the future. Revelation 4:11 says, “You are worthy, Jehovah our God, to receive the glory and the honor and the power, because you created all things, and because of your will they came into existence and were created.”

I think this can be taken with a grain of salt. As others have stated, staying active, taking brain strength supplements, implementing a clean, healthy diet, good sleep habits, practicing mindfullness, etc. can be a game changer in slowing this down. Yes, all of what he says is true (to a certain extent) I see many people in the 50 and above age group that are actually stronger and more athletic than when they were young! We are here for a short time, so be grateful and embrace the journey!

“I am forty years old now, and you know forty years is a whole lifetime; you know it is extreme old age. To live longer than forty years is bad manners, is vulgar, immoral. Who does live beyond forty? Answer that, sincerely and honestly. I will tell you who do: fools and worthless fellows. I tell all old men that to their face, all these venerable old men, all these silver-haired and reverend seniors! I tell the whole world that to its face! I have a right to say so, for I shall go on living to sixty myself. To seventy! To eighty!”
