I’m struggling with motivation. Life seems pointless.

90% of businesses fail within the first 5 years. You can work 3 jobs and still struggle to make ends meet. Also, Jobs expect years of experience for entry positions. No matter if we level up with a better job, because of skyrocketing national debt, each year our money continues to lose it’s buying power putting us back to square one. The average person can’t afford basic necessities. Lobbying rigs the government against the people. Government corruption is working overtime to sabotage our country and get everyone deleted through international conflict.

So…. what’s the point of having dreams anymore??? It’s hard to have motivation in today’s world when you feel like you’re trapped in a system of economic slavery and your country is self destructing.

    1. Motivation is a mindset.
    2. The enjoyment of the process determines whether you can achieve it.
    3. Make the goal fun, break it into small pieces, and work on it with others, for others.

Yeah, motivation sure is a important thing and the video summarized very well it, but there’s one thing that usually happens and she didn’t mention: comparisons – these happen a lot to many people, and the best thing to do about these is comparing yourself to you, and not other people.

  33. @user-yj4hk4oq9m

    August 19, 2024 at 2:42 pm

    key points from the video:

🎯 Set inspiring goals that you look forward to, not just things you wish you had already done.

🌈 Make the “middle” parts of your goals shorter (like weekly vs. monthly goals) to keep motivation high.

🔍 Don’t take setbacks personally – remove your ego and see them as chances to learn.

⚖️ Balance your goals by finding the right mix, not trying to do everything at once.

💡 Anticipate temptations so you’re prepared to resist them.

👥 Leverage the support of friends, family, and loved ones to help keep you motivated.
