    Egh, who wrote this?

    • dazzlerweb

      December 12, 2022 at 6:07 pm

someone that understands social media and its dangers.

    • Serpico & Pseudo-Structuralism

      December 12, 2022 at 8:55 pm

Sure, but she’s speaking from a point of enslavement, acceptance of being enslaved, and how to massage her self-imposed shackles to a point of tricking her guilty social conscience into the illusion of freewill over her online presence. She even markets it – “post with purpose.” It’d be quite beautiful if she just didn’t take it so serious and was able to articulate that social media is only mildly reflective of the peaks and valleys of the turbulent flow of life without coming across from the cynical high-ground. That would’ve been awesome, especially because this girl isn’t normally well spoken.

    • dazzlerweb

      December 12, 2022 at 9:02 pm

@Serpico & Pseudo-Structuralism ok, I watched again several times and not seeing how you are getting that from this 50-second video.

    • Serpico & Pseudo-Structuralism

      December 12, 2022 at 9:32 pm

Yeaahh, to be clear, I have seen a good bit more than this 50s clip. The main video is some 10 minutes. Your comment just made me think yes, but she never gives the whole picture, yet I know she has a bigger picture in her head because she’s a high-functioning human-being. Her spiel just feels like a commercial at times, which I can’t stand. She’s probably got something profound to say (so let the lady loose, let her improvise and become humanly lucid for just a minute!) but her script sounds like it was written by the Santa Claus in the 1947 version of Miracle on 34th Street.

…what rubbish. They can see everything you type in real time. It is saved and documented depending on your device or IP address. There is li Fi, wi Fi monitoring, phones that don’t turn off. The world is becoming one big camera. None of us will have “privacy”.

I share very little being a senior who shared via visit, a lunch, a dinner, inviting guests to my home. We communicated and shared in person or with a phone call. We are teaching my 7 year old granddaughter how to properly speak on the phone. She’s focused….not like FaceTime.

Yeeees!!! I’m literally hopping up and down…FINALLY, someone is saying this out loud. This is 100% correct. Personally I am SUPER private online. I am deeply protective of myself, but not in a toxic way. Want to be the best person that I can be for my kiddos. And they watch EVERYTHING, and we practice this. We only do IG, but that’s even a rare occurrence at this point. Lol one of my kiddos is 14 and asked me the other day what ‘TMZ’ meant! Y’AAAALLL…I have NEVER been more proud! 😂 All of this is to say, yes…it’s done wonders for our mental/spiritual heath to take a bow to the town square for a while…❤️🙏🏻❤️
