I like your shows.. but again you are very biased… you did not mention a single time that entry of the United States illegally is a violation of the 8 U.S.C. § 1325 (Improper Entry by Alien – misdemeanor) or 8 U.S.C. § 1326 (Illegal Re-entry – felony charge), which are federal laws. Both of them would most likely trigger USCIS denial based on the “good moral character” because you have to show that you are a law-abiding member of society. I also would love to know how many people actually self deport when they are given an order of deportation… I doubt it will be a double digit number…
