It’s nice to see Gordon Ramsay take it easy and answer questions (surprisingly) so nicely.

      True

People don’t realize that his whole angry chef this is just a character he plays. Of course he’s not acting all the time, but for the most part he exaggerates on purpose.

@Gamiac I’m well aware but it’s nice that he takes a break

@Gamiac I just see its his passion for food and good services coming out. Gordon understands ppl r paying alot of money for the food and the floor staff have to plate sometimes terrible food. All he wants is ppl to care about what they make and atleast attempt to implement advice and not serve expired food.

i know, he seems to be genuinely a nice guy when the tv cameras aren’t rolling

He’s nice to amateurs. It’s the “professionals” that he gives a hard time.

      November 30, 2022 at 4:50 am

To be fair, the whole “angry chef” thing was just what got views at the time Gordon was just a master at it. He’s always seemed like a really nice guy when he isn’t playing his character

Is Gordon okay? He seems to be cooking for everyone these days. It’s interesting to note that there are different qualities of food product that exist for the customer and consumerbase. So, politics can try to seperate members into consuming certain foods like okra and eggplants while another is simply served Ratatouille like it came off a tree. I don’t think netizens should be left unaware of what Gordon’s kind is truly after. The taste of Good Food. The presentation on the Plate. The appetite of the cousin. You’re on the right track if you’re reading this comment. This is my first comment and I will try posting videos about computer related things. So, shoot me questions. I love food.

Take a third of the Bolognese out, and what? Toss it? How does that make anything better? 🤔
If I’m adding sugar and crème fraîche to break the saltiness, can’t I just add a bit more sugar and crème fraîche and not waste a third of my Bolognese??

    • Myerami McLerie

      November 28, 2022 at 5:38 pm

I think he’s trying to keep the portion size. Probably expects you to set the third aside and use for a single portion later on… I hope.

    • Y K

      November 28, 2022 at 6:45 pm

      @Myerami McLerie that makes sense.

    Nobody wants a split emulsion.

  24. F Smith

    November 28, 2022 at 2:12 pm

I don’t understand why he would take out a third of the bolognese, wouldn’t the salt concentration stay the same? It would still be over salted, there would just be less sauce.

Gordon prefers soft boiled eggs over hard boiled eggs. He’d have a heart attack if he learned you can spin scramble the egg before cracking the shell so he can have a scrambled soft boiled egg.
