@endorkugo I’m quite doubtful of that. You still have Apple in charge of creative control. Plus, Pixel gets exclusives with Gemini that not even other Android phones get.

Are you sure? Back then we had Google Search which was a pre-cursor for AI. Were we better then? So what’s the difference?
Fact is, AI is integrated in ways that you aren’t even aware of. I’m not saying it’s perfect but don’t hate it if you don’t fully understand how it really works. However, I’m sure you’ll tell me how bad it is based on your bias. 🤷🏽♂️

@gkov0215 So what’s the difference between doing a Google search for something and finding that same thing in AI? AI will even give you the reference where it was found. It usually matches what was already in google search.

iOS already has Siri that works great for everything IOS. I only use Gemini because Apples default Ai app is ChatGPT is locked behind a paywall . What I mean by that is ChatGPT free limit use is worthless. I also prefer to use Apple native apps over anything else given the choice. Gemini is the Siri for Android that works great on iOS. I use it for analytical conversations a lot.

I’m currently using the beta for the iPhone. And I tried making the shortcut, but the controls are different. Now you have to do is go straight to the shortcut button and when it comes to showing Siri, you can find a pull down option with the word Siri and it’ll show you other chatbots like Gemini to choose

I’ve dabbled with several different models, and have decided to stick with USM 1.0 (“Unus Singulus Maximus”). The most reliable, in my humble opinion. It does require college level training, but it’s well worth it. By the way, since everyone is talking about it these days, I’ll tell you where I stand. I want my AI to speak to me in English, but with an accent. You know, like Arnold Schwarzenegger (the “governator”). And I want it to also make unintentional mistakes. You know, be more human (normal, I guess). It would also be a plus if it required continuous therapy by a board certified physician. You know, like a psychiatrist (as long as insurance covers it). And definitely not a “junkie” or one infected with any sort of “virus” (again, unless insurance covers it). And there you have it. My two cents.
