GlobalFoundries Says Intel’s Interest Is ‘Speculation’

Jul.19 — GlobalFoundries Inc., a chipmaker owned by an investment arm of the Abu Dhabi government, is sticking with its plan for an initial public offering next year, according to Chief Executive Officer Tom Caulfield. He says reports that Intel is interested in buying the company are “speculation.” He speaks with Caroline Hyde on “Bloomberg Technology.”
