Thank you for the great review I’ve the watch light great screen but the size of the bezel compared to the screen where It’s goes wrong I wish Garmin rethink there design in the future…

Great video. Always informative and entertaining. 100%agree, way to expensive with it’s limitations.

Does it receives message from iphone?

Yes it receives alerts and imsg. It’s not as interactive though on this front as the Apple Watch.

Apple doesn’t allow any significant interconnectivity with any other watch other than Apple Watch. You’ll get limited functionality unless you use an Android phone.

Garmin sport/smart watches are the best thing ever. I use my VivoActive3 since 2018 and it is amazing. Battery life is 7 days with 2 to 3 sport activities per week.

I think even with the touch screen, it’s just so limited with it’s OS. It’s nice but the only redeeming feature might just be the battery

Actually you can argue the simplicity of the OS is a positive. By being able to use buttons or touchscreen it’s also so much easier to use for workouts than the Samsung or Apple Watches. I still think it’s about £300 too expensive though.

@John Foster nothing comes close to apple watch and what it offers.

@Yurlim LOL, you are comparing apples with oranges. Apple is a good smart watch but for real workout metrics, it is pretty basic. Guess you’ve never used a high end Garmin for workout.

Wow…what did athletes do before needing $900 plus watches? All that training in the military without the Garmin.. where did I go wrong!

For real athletes, fitness & sports enthusiasts nor adventurers, all the features, durability, big shape/form, long battery life, etc. where they might less likely to knock off their teeth due to snoozing their alarms too much, LOL, (the sleeping beauty CNET host), the price maybe nothing.. when it got discounted, consider saving your teeth, Lexy..

Hi there, can you please talk in millimeters when your discussing the face the the dial.

This watch has a 33mm face with a AMOLED display on a 47mm diameter watch ✅ See if you said that it would of been much more easier to understand.

Lexy, as always, great review. I like Epix 2 but not too sure about the dial size as it seems kind of big. I’m also looking into Venu 2 Plus. In your opinion, and being a casual outdoor activity person wearing watch with formal suits, which watch do you suggest- Epix 2 or Venu 2 Plus? Thanks, in advance.
