I have Apple and Droid phones lol

The crease actually looks worse, I’m not even kidding. This is now the 6 gen fold and it looks worse than oppo’s folding phone.

    • @SinclairMoon

      July 12, 2024 at 5:54 pm

You don’t even notice it when looking head on. 😂

    • @Angel-ek5xz

      July 12, 2024 at 6:05 pm

I went to see the phone in person this morning at Best Buy. The crease is actually improved by a lot. I agree, in her video the glare makes it seem worse than the fold 5 but in person looks wayyy better

      July 12, 2024 at 6:06 pm

Oppo’s is just wider, but it’s still there.

All foldables will have a crease, especially after use. My Fold 5 looked almost creaseless for the first few days.

      July 12, 2024 at 6:59 pm

The crease looks awful in those first shots. I went to play with one today at Best Buy though, it’s so slick

Galaxy Z Fold 6 is barely an improvement over the last 2 models. Samsung has become complacent, the Fold is using the same cameras as the S24 which costs less than half its price. Yet they have the nerve of increasing its price this year!

  4. @nickthaskater

    July 12, 2024 at 6:11 pm

Talking about Gemini like it’s not available on the Fold 5, or numerous other phones…

Pre ordered this phone after trying out the S23 ultra for a year. I don’t need the pen in the S23 Ultra and a bigger screen on a Folding phone is so appealing to me. Also excited abt the ProBuds3 ❤

    I have Fold 5. Should I buy Fold 6? I want, but don’t know…please tell me

    • @baoweezy5911

      July 12, 2024 at 6:51 pm

I had the same question for myself, and i ordered because of the trade-in program. 😂

    • @TheMreargasm

      July 12, 2024 at 6:55 pm

Absolutely go for the 6 since its inner display is brighter due to higher nits than the 5. And do not forget about 7 years of os upgrade

    • @ehabf440

      July 12, 2024 at 7:55 pm

I think it’s worth it given the trade in values and also i feel like it’s more polished foldable

      July 12, 2024 at 9:21 pm

You people upgrading every year have more money than sense

$250 less and I would jump on it .waiting for iPhone 16 pro max👍🏼

  11. @ChrisJohannsen

    July 12, 2024 at 7:32 pm

Its exactly the same phone as the last three years but less ergonomic, which previously was the only thing that made it more appealing than the uncomfortable s24 ultra.

    • @adamwesty4569

      July 12, 2024 at 7:37 pm

I’ve actually held the fold 6, definitely not as sharp as the s24

  12. @jayred139

    July 12, 2024 at 7:37 pm

I can respect CNET for actually being honest if you have the fold 4 or 5 it’s clearly not worth upgrading. You would be basically paying around 1,000 dollars for a boxy figure and a brighter screen.

  13. @felixplace2

    July 12, 2024 at 7:48 pm

I pre order the phone using my z fold 5 for the credit and I purchased the 1tb. The 7 years of software updates and patches. I’m sure i will be trading this phone next year for the fold 7🎉

  14. @anthony-yj2oe

    July 12, 2024 at 8:26 pm

I m sure it’s a great one but just compared the thickness and weight of this phone with the honor magic v2 model a year ago, I seriously laughed. I have all iPhone, s23 ultra, honor magic v2, ipad and tab s9 -😂 guess what’s I only left with in my daily use?

  15. @deorngray5707

Crease is so bad, I checked in person as well. Other companies have gotten it so right in today’s days. I wonder why Samsung din improved it. Cant buy it with so much evident crease.

  19. @JustinDufrene

    July 12, 2024 at 11:19 pm

I’d still keep my OnePlus Open over this

  20. @DominicGo

    July 12, 2024 at 11:33 pm

i think for most phones, there should be 2 years between phone generations (including apple)

    *SAMSUNG FOLD :*
Not Slim / No Pen / Not even good Camera
But atleast give bigger battery, dont mind even if its 200mAh less than Vivo x Fold Pro 3

  23. @tgmoney6358

    July 13, 2024 at 1:23 am

I love my fold3 can’t wait to upgrade to Fold 10😊😊😊

  24. @bobbyjohnson116

Can you mine Scala on it?

  25. @mjstwilight

    July 13, 2024 at 2:00 am

I’ll wait once it’s foldables are cheaper. The asking price right now is too steep.

    • @jeffk1589

      July 13, 2024 at 3:48 am

I don’t know when that’ll happen. The prices have only gone up since they started making them.

  26. @HSHIN19

    July 13, 2024 at 2:18 am

Had the fold 4 and exchanged it for the s24 ultra. My inner screen on the fold 4 broke after a year of use so I was so mad. I do like the s24 ultra but I just missed the fold Form factor. I’m not happy about Samsung not upgrading the camery and battery on the Fold 6 but I’ll willing to give it a try. If I don’t like it, I’ll return it

  27. @ndmukuk

    July 13, 2024 at 2:37 am

The audio is a bit off on this video guys

  28. @alfredallroad

    July 13, 2024 at 3:05 am

when they have premium cameras from a premium product group I will buy it again. Samsung makes very weak improvements on these Fold models.

  29. @user.asleep

    July 13, 2024 at 3:32 am

It’s hard to recommend this when there are better options out there like the vivo x fold3 pro and honor magic v3 for much cheaper price

  30. @johnchang3807

    July 13, 2024 at 4:17 am

Im totally upgrading to fold 6 from fold 4 especially after fold 4 internal screen died one morning without warning thankfully within 2 years replacement warranty. The fold 4 internal screen definitely has major quality issue as many had shared , while external screen has inherited too narrow screen since fold 1 until pixel fold finally woke samsung up !!. Thank you Google . This fold 6 finally has the balance of being totally usable and holdability comfortably.

  31. @FrancisSyCoCo

    July 13, 2024 at 4:37 am

Its absurd to wear such a huge watch display. 🤢🤮

A 43mm its just the right size for most…

  32. @YoungBlaze

    July 13, 2024 at 4:57 am

hmmm i’ll wait another year for another INCH

  33. @anaslahham

    July 13, 2024 at 5:15 am

Great video but that watch ultra is way too big

  34. @johnnykeener3727

      Hilarious

  38. @Gravage

    July 13, 2024 at 9:48 am

Those camera lenses are inexcusable on a $2000 phone.

  39. @TnTteam09

    July 13, 2024 at 9:50 am

Please shoot the next video without background members. I can barley focus on the 5 vs 6 comparison due to the nature of the environment.
