I’m more down for a Google foldable than a Samsung one

There are leaks about the foldable Pixel and Pixel Watch every year. I’ll believe it when I see it.

I never felt that a foldable phone/device is something useful for me. I don’t understand the hype

I hope not, Google should know that fordable phones are just a gimmick. Though I guess they have plenty of money to throw around regardless if they sell it or not.

I love my Fold 3 but God do I hate One UI. I am soooo down for a Pixel Fold. Definitely will trade up. I miss the Pixel experience.

Just waiting to see if there’s a Pixel Watch before I go all in on Pixel (I know I can use the workaround to get Samsung health but I’d rather have the full Pixel). If I could get a phone and tablet in one device, that would be great!

A foldable Pixel… I suppose a foldable iPhone is coming soon?

BUT WHAT ABOUT A WATCH!?!?!?! We’ve been waiting for a Pixel watch for years now.

Call me when foldables are well below a grand. Never paying 4 figures for a phone that bends.

If Google Fold have IPX8 and durable UTG like I see on Fold 3, I will buy it. If not, meh… Fold 3.

The Pixel fold will probably not be that overwhelming of a phone when it actually releases due to having the tensor chip.

again that stupid curve on one side, do brands love asymmetry

  20. Kenneth Daniels

Pixel fold, that’s what apple does. In some devices use previous year’s parts for cost reduction & stability of software. 🤔

Tablets, for most people are pointless especially with the screens sizes of current smartphones.

  22. Peter Michailidis

    April 7, 2022 at 9:23 pm

Pixel Fold should absolutely steer clear of the outside screen dimensions the Samsung fold. (Tall and narrow). I hope it’s not true the fold has the old camera and GT1 chip.

  23. Adventurous Loner

    April 7, 2022 at 11:54 pm

Now, watch Apple finally deliver a foldable in 2030.

The big problem with the z fold 3 is that the front screen is to narrow. And it’s hard to type and to watch videos. It should have the same size of the note 10 plus screen.

Hope no curve screen on P7P!

I wonder how long it will take for the hinge on this phone to become bad and messed up because these are the first ones so the hardware isnt’ perfect but hopefully they’ll get better with time.

Lol “maybe “ a foldable and nothing official..yet the post says foldable phone …so all speculation don’t waste your time till it’s confirmed

    I’m down for a pixel Foldable and a Pixel watch. I just got a Pixel 6pro so….. I don’t need a 7pro

Oppo changed the game with their foldable! We need a hinge that’s B.A. & stops the screen from creasing

  36. Joshua Lebowitz

    April 9, 2022 at 2:37 am

Love the Pixel 6. Agree that a bigger battery under the camera bump would’ve been better. Appreciate your video.

Pixels should now get 4 O.S updates since Samsung has done it to their phones.

I’m curious to see if they improve the figure print readers.

I’d love a pixel fold to replace my Galaxy fold 2

  40. Nizar Noor

    April 9, 2022 at 8:22 am

Oppo Find N is the only good foldable so far, in my opinion. Perfect aspect ratio and almost no creases when opened

  41. Nizar Noor

    April 9, 2022 at 8:24 am

Looks like I’ll skip Pixel again. They need to go back having 2 size options, both with top specs. Big phones are a turn-off for me.

  42. Jesse Castillo

    April 9, 2022 at 8:51 am

Still rocking the Pixel 3XL! As much as I would like to upgrade to the latest pixel, I love the fingerprint unlock on the back, the front face camera zoom out is genius, and the speakers are on the front face of the phone. Not the bottom of the phone, still can’t believe we still have to “cup” the speaker to amplify the sound. Honestly I would rather sacrifice a little of the screen (notches) for better features like the pixel 3 XL.

Stuck on Pixel 4a non-5g for many of the same reasons, in addition to headphone jack.

  43. Bailey Fewell

    April 9, 2022 at 11:54 am

They’ll need to remain at 1000 range in terms of price or it just won’t succeed

  44. Drei Molero

    April 9, 2022 at 7:05 pm

i just want the regular pixel. why is the pixel 7’s design worse than the pixel 6?

  45. Jeremiah Usman

    April 9, 2022 at 8:17 pm

why is there nobody complaining of the absence of micro SD expansion in google phones?

  46. KA S

    April 10, 2022 at 1:40 am

Their phones are still so buggy, they want to introduce a new form factor? GG pixel users. Bugs galore!

  47. Voice Of Reason

    April 10, 2022 at 2:37 am

As a owner of the galaxy fold and fold 2, it is safe to say that no one cares about the phone device you have. Phone devices are like car keys. No one ever sees them until you take them out of your pocket. Yes I get lots of compliments on my Z fold 2 but who cares. Phones reviews are the most nonsensical overrated videos on social media. Just ask yourself, when was last time anyone (besides yourself) cared about the phone device you have……I’m waiting.

Short and wide is the way to go!

I don’t get it. Seems like it only exists because it can. Doesn’t seem like it is something that most people want. Just like so many other technologies that faded away I can see this fad lasting under 5 years until the next generation phone comes along.
