I still believe FISKER will bounce back.. due to its great SUV with very unique features, like Solar Roof, lowering rear window, digital rear camera, Taco Trays…Best part is option to choose between AWD and FWD. Other cars are fixed either FWD or AWD. But we can choose that option in FISKER, so reduce the power consumption.

I’m a FOO owner, and other than the software issues that look to be getting better soon , this car is amazing. The build quality is excellent with no exterior or interior issues to speak of, other than needing to replace the air vents. The customer service is significantly better than when I took delivery of the car in October. They sent me the parts and the next day the tech came to my house to repair. No other dealer or manufacturer has done better in my experience. I’m rooting for Fisker, competition is key for a better consumer outcome.

Tesla had a solid 8 years to get their software decent. People expecting perfection from Fiskers software in the first year is very strange. I think most folks are low-key hurt the Ocean is a much better product than the Y in terms of build quality and styling, so they go extra hard on its software shortfall. I’m keeping my preorder for the Alaska and I’m very happy Henrik mentioned “it’s ready to go.” Hopefully Christmas 24 I’ll be getting some good news.😅

Fisker and Vinfast? I know Vinfast is struggling to get their EVs, like the VF8, to beat simple EVs like the Chevy Bolt in range, not to mention Teslas. With Vinfast massive capital and Fiskers prowess for EV efficiency, that would be a massive collaboration. I can see a future where Vinfast VF Wild and Fiskers Alaska, perhaps becoming the same truck. They both look gorgeous, both targeting compact truck market, both have folding midgate.. interesting times.

Nissan needs to gain all the knowledge and techniques all they can from this partnership so they can improve their EV offerings, but personally I would rather Nissan just acquire Fisker, Fisker is cheap right now their stock is tanking, Nissan can just literally rebadge their products into either Nissan or Infiniti. Fisker needs Nissan more than Nissan needs Fisker. If its just a partnership and a cash infusion then Fisker will still go bust, they don’t have a factory of their own in USA, but if Nissan buys them out then they can retrofit their cars into Nissan’s own North American plants.
