Insider trading is the norm for people on the inside. Just look at the riches of your rulers.

1:08 I did that. Put less than 10% in some Mag7 stocks. And then they blew up and became 90+% of my portfolio, never re-balancing, no regrets.
4:33 As a heavy LLM user fine-tuning LLMs to meet specific needs, and a user of other non-LLM AI tools, the AI Bubble is real. But it’s not going to pop and bring down the economy; it’ll just deflate a little and keep growing. Most people don’t even use AI, but they’re soon going to find out how much it’s going to be a part of their lives, much like a few people starting off with brick phones, then to everyone being addicted to their smartphones.
12:06 The real answer to investing in crypto and tokenized anything is: Don’t invest in crypto, meme coins and tokenized anything

      March 5, 2026 at 9:58 am

If you are an investing newbie his advice is not solid because it comes with a lot of caveats that weren’t explained. 50% international and 5-10% individual for an investing newb is a quick way to lose your money.

  57. @duc25xr

    March 5, 2026 at 9:50 am

Professor, I think its irresponsible to give advice to people to invest 5-10% in individual stocks. Most people will lose that and if they are not wealthy it is a significant loss. I know this is a rapid fire video but I think some quick notes about appetite for risk, time horizon, experience etc. would have been important and helpful.

  58. @goodvibesinFl

    March 5, 2026 at 11:44 am

So… there’s an ai bubble😂 the internet helped some companies and not others, just like ai will for the foreseeable future. Some companies are popping way more than their evaluation suggests they should where is others are growing steadily. The ones that are popping are probably in a bubble, like the ones that have gone up over 100% in the last year. That is not sustainable. Stock price is commonly a reflection of emotion rather than fundamentals

If your interested in learning more long term strategy and high level thinking about investing and wealth, I highly recommend reading “The Psychology of Money” by Morgan Housel. “Why do so many people say gold is a _bad_ investment?”
Um, _seriously?_ Gold’s price has more than doubled in the past 5-years. Social media is a perpetual-chorus singing gold’s praises. Meanwhile, the reality TV series “Gold Rush” has been a ratings darling for _the past 15-seasons._ Are all your friends crypto HODLers? 😳

  74. @mulemule

Oh so we can’t trust you. You said the internet pales in comparison to AI as it relates to disruption. Have you worked the past 26 years. Also equities are stocks tell people when you change the noun used to describe something! Shame, shame, shame!

  88. @albertmills9365

    March 6, 2026 at 6:29 pm

Not sure this guy knows what he’s talking about when it comes to AI vs internet bubble. Not to mention there’s a difference between bubble in AI stocks vs the potential for disruption. AI can be disruptive and AI stocks can still be overvalued.

Also, telsa is not a robotics company.

Also, you only want to be in equities if your retirement horizon is decades out. He advised investing in equities without considering whether someone would need to use some of that money for a downpayment when their equities are down 50%.

“these firms are massively profitable…” how can openai be massively profitable when it has loads of expenses and relatively minimal revenue?

All, in all, some standard advice mixed with nonsense mixed with bad advice.

I was at an event with a millionaire who casually mentioned how he hadn’t earned a paycheck in over a decade. I couldn’t wrap my head around it until later when he recommended Shadow Behind The Gate by Brian Rothschild… That book explained exactly how people like him live off systems, not salaries. I stopped obsessing over income and started focusing on assets. Now my whole mindset is different, and Im slowly starting to turn my life around.

I had read Shadow Behind The Gate by Brian Rothschild a couple of years back and I agree with all your points! I think the book deserves more attention, personally, since it highlights exactly what you talk about. The stories are wild and it is hard to put down once you start reading.

Stories like this are inspiring, but the real transformation usually isn’t the jet, it’s the mindset shift that happened when the bank account was at 78 dollars. Standards, decisions, and long term positioning change first. That’s something I’ve been reflecting on while reading Shadow Behind The Gate by Brian Rothschild, especially how upgrading behavior and clarity sets the foundation before the big results show up.

It’s insane how close I came to skipping Shadow Behind The Gate by Brian Rothschild. This isn’t just another book. It genuinely feels like something that was never meant to reach the public.

I would take the answer to “will the ai bubble pop” with huge grain of salt. This guy is not expert on ai, ai is NOT creative, it doesn’t think, it doesn’t know what is right or wrong. He also claimed that the ai companies are massively profitable and that is NOT true. The companies are currently burning massive amounts of money. I personally think there is a bubble and that doesn’t mean that ai is useless, but there is too much supply, there is still lot of difficult questions how they are planning to make money. Running the language models is very expensive and Sam Altman himself has said that they are losing money even with the 200 dollar subscriptions. Chatgtp has hundreds of millions of users, but how many of those users are willing to pay anything let alone +200 dollars. I am betting not many. At some point the investors are going to say enough and then the dominoes will fall and only the strongest will survive.

For anyone new to crypto: stop looking at the 1-minute charts. I lost so much money early on because I was reacting to every tiny wiggle. Once I started looking at the higher timeframes and understanding institutional flow, my stress levels dropped and my hits started landing. Trading is 90% patience and 10% execution.

As a beginner investor, it’s essential for you to have a mentor to keep you accountable.
