As an agtech person who actually works on farms unlike him, and using employees who are temps.. they already do this… much easier.

already exists with fingerprint machine at farm entrance and cameras…easier to implement, and cheaper… many farms in many states ive worked at.. and i have a tech college background working with spanish temp workers… late to the game, buddy
