    By the look of the cast and their performance in the video, I kinda scare of the next Dune movie quality especially when they pick actors who don’t even bother study the materials

      The group managing the show and the group managing the movies are completely separate teams. Villeneuve is a perfectionist at heart, so I doubt he would make that mistake for Dune Messiah.

    I’m impressed that they remembered certain aspects of Dune lore. Even if they mixed them up with other parts and answered wrong. It’s a confusing universe. Bravo guys.

    This has done the opposite of what PR is supposed to do. I was interested in watching it but knowing these dumbasses are in it makes me feel like I don’t want to watch it anymore. Only one of them really knew anything, the girl in the shirt. Knows a good deal and was the only one who really had genuine excitement in her face to have been a part of it.

    “Who’s the all female military force?” Me: holy crap are they talking about the fish speakers? That’s a lore deep cut and i would’ve been surprised if any of them knew it. That’s not something you’ll learn at all in the dv trilogy (they don’t show up till the 4th book, 2 past where dv is gonna stop)

    You’d think that if you were about to play a part in a massive story- you’d actually do some research to know what you’re doing! But then again, even the people coming up with the questions haven’t thought the research it either!! The Baron didn’t give Jessica up because he had not idea she’d been born! Helen Mohiam is sent to secure a Harkonnen child, but the Baron has his own plan on making that happen- he paralyses he and rapes her but during this act she transmits a wasting disease to him which eventually causes him to need the suspensor harness to move as his legs won’t support him anymore.
    They’d know all that if they bothered to read!
