This was an awesome 10 minutes of very beneficial info. I’ve been tuning into numerous online studies regarding gut biomes etc. While on that journey I stumbled into some Dr’s that were into the carnivore diet. The universe works in mysterious ways. Because it was there that I found my answer to almost perfect health.
To enhance your gut microbes simply apply the proper diet. No carbs, zero sugar and absolutely no plants. Yes, NO plants. Plants (most) contain oxalates, these oxalates are not meant for human consumption. Look into the carnivore diet. Dr. Ken Berry or Dr. Anthony Chaffee. The carnivore diet completely changed my life. I highly recommend looking into it.

0:23 🦠 The human body contains microbial tenants, collectively known as microbiota, which influence various aspects of our health, including digestion and even mood.
1:50 🐭 Bubble mice raised in sterile conditions without microbes display behavioral differences compared to normal mice, indicating the impact of microbiota on behavior and learning.
2:20 🤝 Gut bacteria can influence body weight and mental health; transferring bacteria from overweight or depressed individuals to mice can affect the animals’ weight and behavior.
3:31 🧠 Gut bacteria communicate with the brain through psychoactive compounds, neurotransmitters, and the vagus nerve, influencing mood and behavior.
4:45 ⚖ Vagus nerve stimulation (VNS) therapy, approved for epilepsy and depression, may strengthen the gut barrier, preventing inflammatory responses that could affect the brain.
5:39 🩹 Microbiota-based treatments, targeting the gut bacteria composition or their chemical actions, show promise in addressing mental health conditions like ADHD, OCD, PTSD, and autism spectrum disorder.
7:09 🦠 Certain bacteria are linked to neurodegenerative diseases such as ALS; researchers have identified bacteria that both accelerate and slow the progression of ALS in animal models.
7:58 🧬 The misfolding of the Parkinson’s protein, alpha-synuclein, may be linked to a strain of E. coli in the gut; understanding this connection opens new avenues for intervention in Parkinson’s disease.
9:29 🌐 New insights into the origins of diseases like Parkinson’s offer potential for developing interventions, sparking optimism in the medical community.
10:02 🤯 The person’s behavior is influenced not just by the brain but also by gut microbes, emphasizing the interconnectedness of the microbiome with overall health.

BUMP THIS COMMENT – Julia Rucklidge also appeared on TED X and her talk gives an even Better context to this ! I am in no way, ( Although I wish I was ) affiliated with Julia or anything or anyone. I just randomly came upon the TEDX video she had last year and it was a awake up call. She talked about it’s not just what you eat, but what you ABSORB ! and that really adds a whole level. of insight into Kathleen Mcauliffe’s point.
So folks if you are researching on how to fix your gut as I am ( ADHD, Aspergers nightmare ) then do watch Julia Rucklidge’s video too. I emailed Julia after stalking her on google, and unfortunately she doesn’t do private sessions, but she has a free resources booklet and even free course available on this.

“Most of what we are is non physical, though, our lowest form is physical. All life on our planet has the lowest form, the Body. Our Body is an Animal and the other type of Body on our planet is a Plant. Bodies are bound absolutely to Natural Law, which is the lowest form of true Law. Natural Law is a localised form of Law and is derived from the Laws of Nature. Natural Law is the finite and specific foundational control structure ordering the actions and interactions of species, members of species, and the material sources of a planet.
The lowest non physical form of what we are is the Mind, which is a Process. There are other forms of life on our planet that have both a Body and a Mind, however, so far as we currently know, there are no Plants and only some Animals that have a Body and a Mind. The lowest forms of Mind, Instinct and Emotion, are predominantly bound to Natural Law. The next higher form of Mind is Intellect which is bound predominantly to the Laws of Nature. Intuition, the highest form of Mind, can be bound or not to both Natural Law and the Laws of Nature separately or together, or to higher forms of Law altogether. Intuition is the truest guide for our Selves.
The next non physical form of what we are is the Self, which is an Awareness. There are relatively few other forms of life on our planet that have a Self. The Self is not bound to any form of Law other than One’s Own Law. It is the only form of Law that cannot be violated.
The foundation of what we are is the highest non physical form of what we are. The highest form of what we are is the Being, which is an Existence. The Being is not bound to any form of Law originating within Existence. The Being is bound absolutely to The Law.
Existence, and the Laws of Nature which are the finite and specific foundational control structure ordering the actions and interactions of all elements within Existence, cannot Be without The Law being The Law.
So, what is The Law?
In a word, The Law is options.
Definition
option: a thing that is or may be chosen.
The word ‘option’ does convey the idea of The Law in its most basic sense but does not clarify all of what The Law is.
Free Will does describe how our species experiences The Law but does not convey all of what The Law is.
In clarifying what The Law is;
The capitalised form of the word ‘The’ indicates the following noun is a specific thing.
Law is the finite and specific foundational control structure ordering the actions and interactions of all elements subordinate.
Together, the words ‘The’ and ‘Law’ (in that exact order,) is a proper noun indicating;
the singular form of Law that all other forms of Law and all other Laws are founded upon,
the singular foundation upon which Existence is founded,
the singular foundation upon which Non Existence is founded,
the singular foundation connecting Existence to Non Existence,
the concept of options, and
Free Will.
However one thinks, believes, guesses, hopes, or “knows”, whether by a Big Bang, a creation story, a computer program, an expansion of consciousness, or whatever means by which Existence could have come to Be, the option for Existence to not Be also exists. Existence and Non Existence, the original options connected by the very concept of options, connected by The Law. Outside of space and before time. Extra-Existential.
As we experience The Law in our Being,
The Law is Free Will.
The First Protector of The Law is Freely Given Consent.
The First Violation of The Law is Theft of Consent.”

“Bubble” mice are an interesting concept. Could some of today’s kids be nearly “bubble” kids as regards naturally bacterias? Have limited diets and ultra-sanitized environments caused mental illnesses in young kids? Is lack of contact with soil something we should look into, to make sure kids literally “touch grass”? A study from Switzerland conducted several years ago revealed a link between the lack of exposure to various microbes during childhood and an increased risk of developing different illnesses. In other words, children in Western societies live in excessively clean environments.
I’ve also noticed that children today are more prone to allergies and other illnesses compared to those from a few decades ago.
@demonz9065
January 28, 2024 at 10:52 am
literally touching grass more would be the worst way to fix possible problems caused by lack of biodiversity. you dont know whats in the soil. it may do nothing for the problems you’re experiencing or end up giving you more problems. our best way forward is to learn exactly what bacterias do what and then isolate them to make therapies specific to the problems people are having. you shouldnt carpet bomb your immune system more to possibly aquire a benifical bacteria.
@demonz9065
January 28, 2024 at 10:56 am
@@paulatreides6779 yeah that’s probably because most of the kids with serious food allergies just died young. the increase in people with issues is because the threshold for survival got easier. moving backwards isnt going to fix these issues. it’d likely just lead to more kids dying.

Hmm wonder how they make mice have autism so they can test their treatments? If they can give the disease to the animals they are testing on, don’t they know the cause of the disease, as these mice are not born with the disease, they have to induce these conditions. Now think about all of the treatments for all of the different diseases that are skyrocketing, and they pretty much all have to test their new treatments on them, but they have to first give the animal the disease, if so they already know the cause, but eliminating the cause does not make money, but a treatment does. Food for thought !!!

I’ve been thinking about pitching a cartoon comedy show called The Gut vs. The Brain for a couple years now, and the back story is that unlike the rest of life, the microbes lost control of the brain when humans achieved consciousness. Now they have to find clever ways of tricking the brain through behaviors to get what they want and continue to grow and evolve. They tap the vagus nerve to hack into the brain via the gut’s IT dept. They can get brief flashes though the eyes, but not long enough to understand what they see, so at night, they take all the glimpses and run them against a program to test scenario probabilities, which the brain experiences as dreams. The main protagonists are a couple of friends in IT who routinely break the rules and manipulate the brain in certain ways that get their human into bad situations. You’d get three perspectives during the show: the gut’s, the brain’s, and the human they’re controlling.
