Focus on moving past the refugee status rather than holding on to it and passing it down the generations.

Be careful of the ideas presented to you at college. Not all ideas are equal, use your best judgement and keep an open mind.

In 2013 I had to flee from Sri Lanka to Malaysia due to life threat, danger and prosecution by the Armed and para military forces.
Since then living in Malaysia as an asylum seeker has dramatically changed my life.
11 years waiting for a response from the Malaysia UNHCR every 1 year they renew the appointment date nothing else.
In Malaysia life for refugees is not easy specifically the police officers always demand money for ur release if found working odd jobs or see u walking on the streets.
Terrible life all the refugees and asylum seekers are having in Malaysia.
Hope God will grant us all peace and a place to call home with safety and protection.
