Your daily coffee might be doing more than waking you up.

A new study published in Nature Communications found that regular coffee consumption may positively affect the link between digestion, mood, and cognition. Researchers also found no major change in physiological stress markers like cortisol linked to coffee consumption, suggesting coffee may not actually increase the body’s stress response under normal conditions.

Nice. All I was hoping for was that coffee wasn’t found to be horrible for you. Glad there’s some positives found in that study.

Coffee has micro TOXINS..now while I’m a daily drinker of coffee usually two cups is my limit no more and sometimes one cup will do…3 to 5 cups is way to much and isn’t at all good for you..there are benefits for senior citizens to have a cup or two in the morning science has shown it helps keep the mind working better for the consumer..and caffeine in general doesn’t help stress speeding the heart and mashing the gas in not what you need under stress you want to tap the breaks with chamomile and catnip tea or maringa is good too

😂Ya right, so now suddenly coffee is a “wonderous/miraculous drink that we’d been ignoring for all these years”. 😂If only had we known about this earlier.

😂Let me take a wild random guess, this “research” project was an industry sponsored one, by someone like Nestle, Nescafe, or something.
