Not a hater but unsure why Olivia Rodrigo is so popular, unless someone can explain? Her music seems quite normal

      September 14, 2023 at 3:05 pm

I love Olivia Rodrigo, she’s so pretty and beautiful and her music is fun and relatable, especially relatable to teenagers / younger people cos that’s her target audience I guess. But fair enough if u dont like her everyone entitled to their own opinion

Actually it seems she’s really songwriter and mucisian. Jack Conte the founder of Patreon has/had a YouTube channel named professional musicians react. And they seem quite impress with her skills.

      September 14, 2023 at 5:36 pm

Great songwriting. She’s able to write music that people relate to. You can feel all her emotions in it, it feels like you’re reading her diary. I don’t like pop music, but I love Olivia. Her music is raw and makes me feel things.

    • Solh0und

She was a breakout star in High School Musical: The Musical: The Series. Disney(and also Disney Channel) tends to have a good track record on stars breaking out into mainstream unlike Nickelodeon….unless you’re Ariana Grande.
