ATV remote has always been absolute garbage. I hope they don’t just add a Siri button. We need a complete overhaul with more reliable connectivity.

it’d be cool if the mini could support “surround sound”. so you could put them around your living room (or just behind head), when you want a rad surround sound movie night. as a way to encourage buying half a dozen.

it looks like there are 2 mini’s; a small one and a slightly bigger one

I think I know one person with an apple home device and it’s the apple tv box. I have never met any person with any homepod. I can’t see this being a big deal

Wouldn’t it just be better if your iPad could sense when it’s home and then because that HomeHub display whenever it’s on the same wifi and can be dismissed whenever?

I do not trust the home electronic eco systems! Way too easy to hack into turning your home against you!! Younger thieves love the new technology and can break into homes and cars way easier now days! They have all forgotten how to pick a basic lock😂😂! Go old school it confuses them all 😂😂😂!

I turned off the Siri AI beta. It’s horrible and gets confused when I ask simple questions. I reverted back to the OG Siri.

Despite being out for so long, homepod and HomePod mini aren’t available on many European countries; so, pass.

And yet they allow Amazon and google speakers which seems very biased

HomePod/HomeHub with arm and screen huh? That’s $699 gone straight out of the door with the increased AppleTax in 2026/2027…

Steve Jobs hated games. Always, always, always hated games.

The Apple TV could have been competition for Xbox and Playstation by now if Apple had made it any kind of priority. It’s really the only reason to have one instead of using the built-in smart TV Apple TV app. The reason I’ve never adopted one is I keep running out of HDMI ports. Playstation, Xbox, Swtich… oops! Out of ports! You’d think in this day and age Apple of all companies would be pursuing wireless Thunderbolt to get rid of ports forever and we could finally have as many devices as we want.

I do struggle to see why I would buy a Home Pod Mini for $130 when I just got an Amazon Echo Dot for $40 with a galaxy design.

I for one am very excited for a HomePad or whatever they called the device with a screen. My Amazon Echo Show is trash. The Echo constantly shows ads, news content I don’t want and didn’t ask for, and never seems to provide useful information.
