It’s $50 more than the current Apple TV 128GB. Calm down people.

3rd gen Apple TV 4K 128gb was $149 earlier this year before the price hike.

It’s called greed. Apple is the worse with their pricing. It’s ridiculous. Over $2000 for an iPhone? And this streaming device for $299? I own a ROKU and I love it. The price was $200 less.

No thank you. Price is too high plus the remote, there’s nothing to it.

The price would be fine if they finally added proper audio passthrough. Come on Apple. Otherwise, it seems nice. I’ve always had a TV with a Roku built in, but I’ve always wanted to try an Apple TV.

@Biacora42069 I got the 2023 model for 150 before the price hike. Feel bad for people now having to spend 300 for minor upgrades

After 4 years of waiting, Apple’s biggest innovation was doubling the price.
