Thanks for watching! Let me know if you have any questions about the watch I didn’t answer in the review ⌚️

      You’re a great reviewer, Lexy!

I couldn’t get a clear view, but it looks like the old watch straps still work with the Ultra? Hopefully there isn’t too much of a gap for dirt to collect.

@Matthew Ferrarathank you so much! And yes they do. Like the first ultra you can use any 45 or 49mm band

@VPN Consulthard to give a catch-all estimate cause everyone uses their watch for different things. For average user not doing extensive GPS workouts you can get two full days, sometimes three full days.

@Nauman Khanhaving reviewed both, ultra 2 definitely lasts longer

What’s that orange strap? Doesn’t look like Apple’s.

there’s genuinely no point in upgrading from the ultra 1 to the second generation… at least expected it in black colour.

To Apple, please give us black and bronze version of titanium case. What happened to all the color options??? Pro users don’t like colors?

Can you use the double tap hand gesture to accept 3rd party MFA push notifications like Duo (push)? I would buy this in a heartbeat if I didn’t have to wait for the notification and tap my watch screen to accept the Duo MFA Prompt. I log into many MFA servers daily and would love to hand double tap my MFA.

Double tap in Third party apps should perform the primary action of the notification. Eg whatsapp call, it should answer the call when you tap

If you can afford Apple Watch Ultra 2, you can get someone to get your coffee to you

I just don’t get personal assistants and why you’d want one. Still think they’re a gimmick and Siri is still rubbish compared to google.

Great review! Would love to know more about your fitness bike setup with sensors. I currently have a bike that has an optional subscription but what you demoed would be enough for me to not renew!

Upgrading to this from a Series 4, can’t wait. If I can get another five years from this one, the extra money is well spent.

Why only iPhone 15 for finding your lost phone?

    • Lexy Savvides

      September 20, 2023 at 7:13 pm

Only for the precision finding with the new ultra wide band chip. Otherwise you just ping your phone with the usual method (audio!)

    • metwono

      September 20, 2023 at 9:29 pm

@Lexy Savvides is there a different chip in the iPhone 14 vs iPhone 15? I thought it was only a S9 chipset thing.

Am I the only one who thinks 18 hours of battery life for all the stuff that Apple Watch does is perfect? Maybe because of don’t use it at home very much, but with 36 hours, you’ll end up running out in the middle of the day on the second straight day you wear it 😂

“You don’t have to be an adventurer or outdoor enthusiast to own this watch”. There’s the most obvious statement I’ve heard in a while. The majority of people that own an ultra probably never do any physical activity beyond walking to and from their car at work and the grocery store. Lol

This is so expensive in India as compared to the US. I am going to stick watch SE
