Amazon, iRobot Lower Acquisition Price

Amazon says it’s changing its acquisition price for iRobot, lowering the price for the Roomba maker to $51.75 per share, down from $61 per share.     I don’t understand why Amazon wants to buy the worst robovac on the market. iRobot is so bad. Their products don’t even work properly
