Big Brain Brian knows AI will replace many white collar jobs or at least drive down the pricing power of intelligence. So where do those laid-off/low paying workers go? A defensible labour is human to humans work. Even with advanced robotics at scale, AI can’t fully replace human-to-human experiences. That’s where we still have an edge. Emotional labor is becoming the next domain whether we like it or not.🔥

If you are not in the financial market space right now, you are making a huge mistake. I understand that it could be due to ignorance, but if you want to make your money work for you…prevent inflation …

I went from $176,000 in debt with zero savings or retirement to over $1M net worth. Long-term investors know that the market and economy will eventually recover, and investors should be prepared for this growth. I earned $1,680,000 in Bitcoin before the market crash, and now I’m buying more Bitcoin and gradually increasing my investments. I’m especially grateful to Adviser yesica jania , for her expertise and exposure to different areas of the market.

F@(/< AirBnB. They're gobbling up available housing, especially in touristy areas, displacing service worker housing, driving up rents, displacing actual community, as an unaccountable distributed hotel network that disproportionately benefit wealthy people.

*Hallelujah! Daily devotionals to Jesus have been a significant part of my transformation. God is good. I received a $47,000 loan from the bank for my son (Oscar)’s brain surgery. I see this new services / experiences line parallel to how cruise ships sell add-ons, excursions, and experiences while on ship. They’re adding additional value to folks who book through Airbnb – inviting them to keep things under once roof. The trust and scalability in quality is the concern I’d imagine. I believe in this vision, it will be neat to see how it plays out over the next few years.

  20. @stingrayvillacozumel6342

    May 18, 2025 at 10:38 am

We have this rule in place – “No visitors are allowed. Only registered individuals who checked in together are authorized to be on the Cozumel villa rental property. We kindly request that you avoid inviting friends, family, masseuses, or other service providers to visit the villa.” Since we have 4 STRs on our property (and live on the property too), we must protect all the guests (remember the killer Ted Bundy). The reason for the rule is that past guests tried to use Tinder and Grindr for hook-ups, others tried to bring in local prostitutes, some tried to bring in local cartel members to buy drugs from, and a few thought it was OK to bring in strangers for a pool party at 2 am. If guests see other guests bringing in strangers, then Pandora’s box is reopened.
