Women leaders: People who lead women.
Female leaders: Leaders who are women.

She was one of the shortest running PMs in Australian history, because she was extremely bad at her job and multiple other reasons. She didn’t even last her full term hahahahahahahahahahaha

Julia Gillard’s no 1 lesson to woman is stab your coworker in the back as soon as you can to get a promotion.

then going and destroying all the work they had put in before you took over by force and ultimately accomplishing nothing, whilst also propping up your accomplishment of betrayal as if its a bastion for woman everywhere to rejoice… Yet your the biggest disgrace to woman and the worst example of one you could have bcos you only showed them you needed to use tricks and backstabary to get anywhere…

Julia Gillard’s introduction of the carbon tax at a much higher rate than overseas made her very unpopular. And that is honestly what she is remembered for, in part. After promising not to introduce a carbon tax in her campaign, she f*cked over the Australian public and broke that promise.

I hope that more politicians are like here and fight for what’s right and necessary instead of aiming for being popular.

Essential lessons for women leader? Why not just leaders?
How would you feel about a video titled: “essential lessons for male leaders”?
You would get triggered pretty hard by such a video I guess.

    • Cinthia Serna

      February 2, 2021 at 5:44 pm

Most other videos are directed towards males by default. That’s kind of the point? Why are you even here.

    • JoeTube

      February 2, 2021 at 5:55 pm

Most videos are not directed towards males, why would they? Video creators typically try to reach as broad of an audience as possibe. But if you try really hard you can find sexism is almost everything.
Why I’m here? To point out the obvious sexism of this video, which is needlessly only directed to one gender.

    • Molly Hughes

      February 2, 2021 at 7:26 pm

@JoeTube there’s clearly an unequal distribution of men and women in positions of power. This video is encouraging women to step up and balance the scales as we battle sexism in the work place. Its very simple. This video talks about how women are treated differently and held to higher standards than men when they are leaders

Couldn’t pick worse female leaders if you tried

LOLS @ all the misogynists that saw the title _Women Leader_ and disliked the video without even watching it.
The biggest crybabies in the world are these misogynists, they are literally *afraid* of women having power, and there is no argument against that.

    • denierlexiese

      February 2, 2021 at 7:29 pm

How about the people who watched it and disliked it? You are projecting your beliefs, or parroted beliefs, on a result you don’t have the raw data for and don’t appear to be trying to understand.

    • Stevo1361

      February 2, 2021 at 9:41 pm

It’s pretty rich for a woman who was elected as leader of one of the largest modern societies in the world to be saying that women who seek positions of power are treated differently than men. News flash, if you’re a good person who can navigate the world of politics and leadership with class, humility and not take every opposing person as a misogynist then you’ll do well.
Jacinda Ardern can attest to that. (Anti-strawman statement): no that doesn’t mean Ardern hasnt faced misogonists or issues in general.

    • denierlexiese

      February 2, 2021 at 10:21 pm

@mars girl Unsubstantiated claim and ironically sexist.

    • Stevo1361

      February 3, 2021 at 1:02 am

@mars girl great comment. It is what you say it is because you believe it. I and every other man who disliked this video hates women! The relationships we have with women in our lives are all completely fake! We secretly scheme against them and they have no idea….or…maybe the echo chamber in which modern feminism and popular media exist reinforce your unjustified paradigms of men like myself being obsessed with hating women?

They are arguing the case that women don’t have to exhibit “alpha male” characteristics to be a successful leader, but let’s be honest, how many passive “beta” male leaders do you know of?

Julia Gillard was treated appallingly during her prime ministership. She did not get a fair go, and was an exemplary leader compared to the despots running the show these days.
