I press the left controller towards the basket and press “x” and then “square” (cause thats how i configured it) …

I noticed that Champion only does dunks using both legs to generate height. There’s a whole other category of dunks that can be done off of one leg. MJ had some spectacular dunks off of one leg (and not just the free-throw one). Also, I forget who, but someone once did a “Statue of Liberty” dunk with looks awesome.

That reverse pump dunk is great, but it also highlights how insane Aaron Gordon’s was in the dunk contest. He combined a tomahawk and the pump and still slammed it. Ridiculous.

Disclaimer “dangerous so don’t do it unless you are trained”-/boy anyone that can dunk has trained to do so and therefore can do it, not like you get up and just are able to windmill in between the legs if you can reach above the rim

  83. Matrix

  90. Christopher Thomson

Having professional dunkers says a lot about where we find entertainment in basketball.

    • Joshido

      January 5, 2022 at 10:07 pm

Dunking is one thing that most humans would never be able to do on a basketball court. It’s objectively the hardest physical feat . So for casuals it makes sense.

    • Christopher Thomson

      January 5, 2022 at 11:27 pm

@Joshido I get it. It’s just a tiny portion of actual basketball so having a whole separate profession just for it sounds insane.

  91. skalawitz

    January 4, 2022 at 10:35 pm

Level 12 dunk.. Aaron Gordon did a tomahawk and change his mind midway to do the reverse pump. And the ball was waaaaay down in his ankles.. he just got a 9.. 🤷‍♂️

In the WNBA, a level one dunk is a level twenty. And they wonder why most people just aren’t interested in watching them. You’d be lucky to see one dunk across all WNBA teams in an entire season.

  110. Robin Roos

How is a 360 more difficult than a windmill tho?
