GREAT video Shaan. Been following MFM for a while and this is hands down the best episode I’ve seen and very salient. Anyone even adjacent to tech (my industry) knows this is solid advice. Spoken as 2x tech founder, ex-big mgmt consultant (IBM, McK, BCG) now deep in the AI space with design and sales as my skill focus areas.

It’s extremely to be mediocre and a naysayer, much harder to put in the work and make your life happen, you only get one.
