Mon mari a essayé de me surprendre avec un petit déjeuner au lit. C’était sympa jusqu’à ce qu’il renverse accidentellement du sirop sur les draps. Une situation délicate, littéralement👅

So the AI is seeing, hearing, and thinking with language in real time. Are we sure it isn’t conscience?

Because we all want privacy fully violated. NOT!

What is wrong with this? How about some things are better left unseen or unsaid. How about the time and energy go to solving diseases, poverty and hunger instead of snooping in everyone’s private business?

@stevenporter863  Yes. To even think everything seen is then Ai processed and that takes huge amounts of resources from data centers. Who on earth wants ie. Google to process everything you see at your home and I do mean everything? To me that’s part of tech I absolutely want to pass and is maybe the worst idea of them all.

…..and your brain is bathed in electromagnetic radiation. Wonderful!

A cell phone emits a maximum of 3 watts, and that’s when it’s close to a tower. That isn’t even enough to damage a single cell, let alone reach your brain. The sun emits 1000 watts per square meter and it doesn’t even reach your brain, only the first few layers of skin.

AI is harmful for other reasons, we don’t need to make up nonsense about it.

We already have no privacy, but you are right, it is getting worse. Yesterday we alpha-tested a new product; their user experience engineer was recording us without telling us until some point, but we were already two hours in. So it is already normal for some people.

I don’t know why we need this. It’s going to be a security & privacy risk and I feel like more harm will be done than good.
