    young women are given money for being nice women… thats why.. then after a child they have to earn independently as older men turn them down more….

    Sociologist Michelle Budig published a paper about the obvious gender gap in 2014. Basically: motherhood penalty vs fatherhood bonus.

      @@JeDxDeVu – the phrase refers about the gender *_pay_* gap. You can even Google it, there’s an entire New York Times article about the subject that has the same title. It’s from 2014.

    Use English language properly.
    You don’t say “men/women entrepreneurs”
    You say “entrepreneur men/women”
    Or you say “male/female entrepreneurs”
    Men/women are nouns, not adjectives

    Have some kids and build a family and then when their old enough go pursue something less meaningful like a career. Not the other way around. Your Gucci bags won’t keep you happy forever.
