No hand washing protocols observed. We all constantly wash our hands because we understand hygiene, food safety, and not transferring stains, pet hair, sticky substances, etc. to other surfaces (door handles for example) or clothes. There are no indications this robot has this awareness.

Corvix CRV’s long-term strategy is what caught my attention — they’re not chasing trends but creating a foundation for AI-powered decentralized tools that could reshape automation and finance.

Smart money seems to be positioning around CRV Corvix before listings.

Does anyone really believe it will be a useful product in the near future ? I don’t think people realize how hard of a challenge a humanoid robot is. Boston Dynamics has been at it for 20+ years and it’s nowhere close to being use in a household to do everyday tasks.

  26. @N0nchu

With the current development, in the future it is possible that there will be no need to charge the battery but the energy of the Robot Figure will be automatically converted.

Even though it is a concept video, it is astonishing achievement if we look back just a few years ago, and it will advance much faster than ever as the A.I. delvelops.

  33. @TheRealLaughingGravy

    October 27, 2025 at 3:06 am

Great technical achievement, sure – but I don’t get why robots are being designed in human form. It seems so unimaginative. Why only two arms and two legs? Why a head? Why a body at all? I wouldn’t want this pokey machine lumbering around my house like a well-meaning but bothersome father-in-law, always getting in the way – and I certainly wouldn’t want a fast one, either. The robotics should be built into the house, into the appliances, into the furniture, not separate from them.
