So basically, we finally land on mars by 2030, we have Neuralink in mainstream production and Tesla Robots, humans are using their Neuralink to sync upto a designated Tesla Robot on Mars, asteroids or other moons and planets deep into space. They do their day to day work, mining, running tests and experiments, without a single human needing to be on Mars we will have full control of how we get into deep space, we as humans don’t go, however our Robot counterparts can go as far as they want and we can just sync up and enjoy the ride from earth, the future is now people we are living in the future.

You are forgetting that the other cars on the road are driven by unreasonable humans that don’t care what is most optimal, safe, or follow traffic laws most of the time, so I wish this AI good luck

Elon warning us AI will take over and will make us absolute… and then he is the one leading the industry towards that particular future, giving the tools to the network to dominate us. just imagine what’s gonna happen to the people and the change it will bring to the economy. even if the AI development slowed down and singularity is never achieved, but these types of products ( robot, self-driving car, self-assembling factory floor, etc ) continue then very soon within 5 years the socio-economic system will collapse and most people will be jobless, moneyless, foodless on the street. any industry can operate with robots and only a few engineers need to control or govt or corporation need to control those robots. in that scenario what will be the function of the human? just art, companion and making a video for TikTok, youtube, etc!! for us humans, we need something to do meaning or a purpose or work to go with the life to live. if these products replace all of us from our work then what will be the meaning of life? what will be the reason for life? what will be the importance of day-to-day living? how boring that life will be? in my opinion, if we can do something does not mean we should.

First Neuralink to upload and download from the brain. Now android body. Anyone else see where this is going? Add to that space x to explore and colonize the solar system. In 50 years you could be downloaded into an android body and shot off into space to colonize a moon with no atmosphere. Or put into sleep mode and sent off to another solar system lightyears away.

Humanoid robotics will be a significant challenge for humans. Some people will struggle with the challenge of having a personal slave like service and more free time, while (the minority I feel) will use their increase in personal productivity for personal growth and useful (whatever that means) endeavour.

A lot of people in the comments are confused and calling Elon a hypocrite. Elon previously warned others about AI robotics. Now he is going against what he said by developing an AI robot. A key statement was made by him during this presentation. The statement clears all of this up and most people missed it. He actually gave us his reasoning for changing his mind on AI robotics. He basically said (paraphrasing) “We know someone else is going to make AI robots regardless of our warnings. So we figure, lets make it first and make it right”.
People are calling him a hypocrite and I want to ask them all, “Are people not allowed to change their opinions?”. Jesus, people can be so simple minded.
