The (D) or the (R) in front of a politician’s name does not mean anything anymore. Both parties are corrupted by $, and serve those that give them that $. Both sides try to make us fight, and divide us, on cultural issues, while the important economic issues that affect us ALL go un-talked about by these politicians and their corporate media outlets. Know how your politicians vote on these important economic issues, and if those votes harm your life, vote them out! United we stand, divided we fall.

Yep, culture wars issues are propagated to divide people over things as irrational as whether or not a group of people have the right to exist or if helping struggling Americans is “scary socialism.” Meanwhile, they have no problem bailing out the wealthy with subsidies and bail outs. They whine about their tax dollars being spent on “lazy people” who “don’t want to work” while cheering on those same tax dollars covering up the greed and arrogance of the wealthy while they pay wages that can barely allow people to live when working most of their lifetime. This line of thinking is just gross because first of all the majority of people are willing to work to support their families, but also the perpetuation of a system that rewards honest effort with the bare minimum of survivability breeds pessimism and drives the search for an easier way to find a more desirable outcome. Droving better economic outcomes for the working class will naturally drive better productivity and lower crime.

The only real republicans or conservatives denounce Trump and most of what the GOP says/does. No one in their right mind or with any real values is a republican anymore because of how far gone most of the party is. Even fiscally or socially conservative people should understand that making policy for the many (the working class) is what’s most important, and should therefore back liberal policy despite their personal preferences. MAGA is a cancer. I already know all the arguments for why certain people are Republican vs Democrat. I don’t agree with plenty of democrats on plenty of things, but I hear them out because I know their hearts are in the right place. I try to do that with everyone, but sometimes it’s just not enough. Sometimes people are living in a completely different reality and talking will get us nowhere. I could give many examples. If you have any sort of positive sentiment towards Trump or Charlie Kirk or want to be associated with them, or even in the same party, you should look inwards.

I don’t hate him just because he’s a Republican… As a native Oklahoman who experienced difficulty with employment due to discrimination over anti-DEI policy, it’s quite enraging to hear him talk about people having a better life, when overall progression has been stifled. The crowd boo’d persistently when he passed during Thunder’s victory parade.
People don’t hate him because he’s a Republican. They hate the quality of life he has created for the people.

The idea of respectable governance and being cordial to the other side is excellent, but it’s rarely practiced after being preached anymore.
Gov Stitt wholeheartedly endorsed Trump after DeSantis dropped out of the presidential race, and he approves and supports Trump‘s policies, which are hurting the overwhelming majority of American people, including and especially those in Oklahoma.
This is a clear case of talking out of both sides of your mouth with Governor Stitt, utter hypocrisy.

I think it started when I got called a murderer for believing in health care. Then when my friends were told they shouldn’t exist as trans or gay. And then others were told their lives had no value because of their skin.
But yeah, no, definitely both sides are totally to blame. 🤦♂️
