Washington and Beijing have agreed on a framework that would allow TikTok to continue operating in the US. According to Sarah Kreps, director of the Tech Policy Institute at Cornell University, a planned call between the two countries’ leaders on Friday will likely just cement the agreement. She joins Caroline Hyde and Ed Ludlow on “Bloomberg Tech.”
