It doesn’t look comfy at all

Yeah, honestly the touch pads just look like they add way too much bulk. They should have just took a page from Sony’s book and put a singular touchpad in the center or something. Theres plenty of empty space there.

@NEOMERCER Clearly you have never used a Steam Deck before. No offence of course. I believe this controller will likely be in 1st place in terms of versatility, the amount of customisation in terms of controls and settings will be amazing, I mean it already is!

Agree I don’t like symmetrical joysticks and dpad positions. Not ideal for competitive fps game

@breather8758My cousin has the Steam Deck and he let me hold it. I knew the steam deck would be comfortable because of its basically the same shape and layout of the Wii U tablet which I thought was comfortable. That doesn’t necessarily mean that this new controller will be the same.

It’s wireless receiver and charger for the Steam Controller that connects to your PC by USB cable.

Hall effect? You mean Half life redux?

    • @simcraftlol8475

      November 12, 2025 at 3:24 pm

Yes, it has hall effect sticks

@simcraftlol8475 Its going to be the best controller for PC then. It’s pro because it has gyro + 4 back buttons. It has trackpads which is convenient for controlling PC and the most important – symmetrical sticks. Before that the cheapest symmetrical sticks pro controller was at least $150 and this one has usb-c charging and receiver included and its x-input.

Only competitor is dual sense edge with having advanced vibration and triggers, but that’s it.

anything below 110$ is a killer price that will disrupt the stagnant controller market.
