That deal with TSMC began during the Biden administration when Pelosi went to Taiwan. There was a big kerfuffle from China about it. They agreed to begin building a copy of the manufacturing facility in Arizona back then—Trump didn’t do this-lol. He’s such a hack and tries to claim credit for everything.
