It sounds like that both Framework” and “edge closer” are BS.
We heard both America and China had reached trade frameworks, but it is actually a nothing burger. Currently both countries have no mood to cooperate in anything, including soybean purchases or Boeing plane deal or computer chips, not to say the TikTok deal.
