    Yes, it is. And before you whine about “others do it too”, other major social media companies can be sued and the lawsuits can be enforced against them, and they aren’t spyware for a genocidal dictatorship, and it’s not a good excuse in any scenario, it just means you should join in anti-trust lawsuits against them too!
