Let’s say, Musk even gave jobs to cirizens who were less qualified than the refugees. But enterprise doesn’t continue to exist if that Taiwan refugee( implicit Chinese spy) gets Spacex next plans or tech development process to be copied by China. Biden’s fundraisers have got a lot of Chinese funds to vouch for them- ‘10% cut to the big guy’ as Trump mentioned.

Both security clearances and skills are necessary for some jobs or companies. Equal and identical do not mean the same thing. I hate to make it political, but Biden’s diversity hires are proof that not everyone is competent or qualified to do a job. And Security Clearances cannot be ignored. When my husband had to have a high-security clearance for a job, my background was also investigated. Qualifications, skills, education, capabilities, trustworthiness, loyalty, and common sense are much more important when it comes to hiring practices.

It wouldn’t matter if Elon had done that. The U.S. civil rights legislation only applies to citizens and does not prevent discrimination against non-citizens. It protects citizens who had other national origin, but only after receiving citizenship. There is no protection for immigration status. The discrimination laws don’t protect everyone from any kind of discrimination. There are many kinds of discrimination that are legally allowed, even some very shallow reasons to discriminate against someone.

The DOJ isn’t accusing SpaceX of violating the Civil Rights Act. They’re using 8 U.S.C. § 1324b.-which wouldn’t allow SpaceX to do what they allegedly did.

That’s the Biden administration for you. This law applies to “ refugees”. The definition of refugee according to our government states “Being persecuted, fear of predication due to religious beliefs or social organization”. That leaves out most all refugees entering or applying for jobs in the US!

The nonsense the DOJ has been chasing the last few years has really made me lose respect for it as a department to uphold real justice and Laws. If they actually understood Elon Musk, they’d know he’d do anything to hire the absolute best talent for his businesses.
