      Depends on what you use them for; designers and editors use them quite frequently. For aviators such as myself we use them as electronic flight books.

      The chip will last a few more years but the display will feel like trash compared to the new Oleds. If you dont care about the Oled or game allot yeah there really is no reason

    Only the cheapest ipad is worth getting because the operating system does not even allow utilizing all the power of the expensive ipad.

      I NEED the 13″ screen for displaying sheet music, so the base iPad doesn’t work. If I didn’t already have an 13″ M1 Pro, the now 13″ Air would be my go to.

    I will get a new iPad when OLED comes to the air. Or, perhaps by then it will have a new name like iPad almost pro. Seriously though, maybe they will call it the iPad plus?

    10th Gen iPad and New iPad Air M2 (6th Gen) are BOTH 10.9 inch (if you carefully read the small letters in the description of the new 11″ Air)

    Unfortuantely iPads are vastly overpowered for the tasks they have to accomplish. Most of the apps in iPadOS are baby apps and the operating system is so locked down that accomplishing most tasks takes much more effort than on a computer.
