AI changed so much over the past few years. It’s definitely not a bubble. This tech is growing at such an exponential rate. The world is going to be in a very different place in a few years solely because of the advancements made in AI.

I wonder if Kevin owns any annuities either for growth or income? Also as a 22-year-old know you should not hold any bonds. 100% equity if you would like to retire one day. Don’t have 20% of your money losing money, unless you want to be risky and choose high-yield corporate which will track equities better

I realized that the secret to making a million is saving for a better investment. I always tell myself you don’t need that new Maserati or that vacation just yet. That mindset helped me make more money investing. For example, last year I invested 80k in stocks and made about 246k, but guess what? I put it all back and traded again, and now I am rounding up close to a million.

I do invest in individual stocks and I’m doing way better than any of the major etf’s. It’s certainly not for everyone though

I believe that concentrated investments can be better than the s&p 500 because you can potentially make more with less money but you have to learn a lot to make sure you know what you’re doing 250 into voo weekly would cost you a lot but it’s more secure and can get you 1 million in 30 years but 2.50 day into certain stocks can get you more than 5 million in 30 years but it is more risky the most important thing is to not look into high dividend yield but dividend growth is better then maybe some into growth but you should have at least 4 stocks Warren Buffett is actually the greatest investor alive and he uses concentrated investments
